Experimental NotesCOS-7 cells extracted and fixed following the protocol in 10.1016/j.ymeth.2019.05.008. Cells were permeabilised with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 3 mins at room temperature followed by blocking in 5% BSA for 30 mins and then stained. Imaging buffer used consisted of 18% glucose, 10 mM Tris (pH 8), 50 mM NaCl, 0.8 mg/mL glucose oxidase, 50 mM cysteamine and 40 ug/mL catalase. Images were acquired using a Nikon N-STORM.
